Maryhill Burgh Halls Trust has been undertaking a review of catering and bar provision at the Halls. We currently work with a small panel of three caterers / bar operators and look to extend this to a panel of around six operators.

The Trust is seeking to appoint catering partners who will deliver great service and consistent quality and value for our customers.  The Trust wishes to offer a range of menus and food styles to clients including menus appropriate for dietary, religious or cultural choices.

All catering and bars operators will pay the Trust 10% commission on the net cost charged on food and beverage to the client for each event.


The contract term is expected to commence late summer 2016 for a period of three years.


The caterer will be expected to supply all heavy and light equipment required for the successful delivery of the operation. The Trust will supply access to the Halls kitchen which has tabling, sinks and ventilation only. There is no fixed cooking equipment in place.
