Emotional Self Defence: This 6-week course aims to provide effective tools for mind & body management which will allow you to achieve a constant level of peak performance in every situation.
Art Class: This relaxed art class is suitable for complete beginners, with all materials provided.
Live Wise, Age Well: Another 6-week course for building confidence in ageing and developing resilience when we face common life transitions such as bereavement, loss, and changes in health.
Mindfulness Craft Class: A relaxed craft session to work at your own pace, some materials provided or bring your own.
Music Group: Whether you want to sing, play an instrument, or just listen - come to our music group.Suitable for all skill levels.
Reminiscence Session: Talk and think about stories or objects from the past. Come to share your moments of nostalgia, or simply listen to others.
Mindfulness and Meditation: Relax and calm your mind, de-stress and enjoy life more. Learn techniques to improve your sleep and decrease depressing thoughts and feelings.
